Streets of Genoa

While I was devoting myself to my thoughts, I found a street in Genoa that caught my eye. On entering, I caught, in the air an unmistakable smell of vegetables and fresh fruit.
I was truly amazed. Do I like the smell of vegetables? What freshness would it be? I thought about it for a minute, before deciding if it was worth going in and seeing with my eyes what would have been so special on that street.
– How funny,- Dylan said, laughing as he was watching at Evelyn’s face. – What do you think of these green broccoli?
I tried to control myself, but my face should not have the best expression to try and do, I turned my look across the street and found several Asian and African restaurants and a beautiful bakery.
– Let’s have lunch here,- Evelyn said.
Dylan laughed. – Okay, maybe they have broccoli to go with the main dish.
At the sound of the word broccoli, the scent was once more intense, but at the same time, it was impossible to resist the various mixtures of smells coming from the restaurants.
At this time, I felt in the paradise of food and attention the broccoli were forbidden at the entrance …

Eu estava verdadeiramente espantada.
